Provides a library for Vim's
libcall-function to make requests (over HTTP or
otherwise) from within a Vim process (this should be a bit faster than using
wget as external processes).

String -> String semantics, so we can only pass one single string parameter to
this external function. I will probably implement POST-support by overloading
vimcurl.vim so it takes a Vim-dictionary and encodes
